Throughout the six weeks, we expect participants to spend additional time outside of the workshops to implement and practice what you are learning. Expect to spend 1 – 3 hours per week outside of class, working on homework and testing out new tools.

During the course, you will begin to develop a mini-business plan that will help you to be strategic and focused as you grow your food business. You will also learn to pitch your business, and will have the chance to meet other food entrepreneurs, mentors, and experts in the field.
